I don't believe that Jon tron is racist. The period in which he and others talked during was a sensitive place, and many people who were not racist were labelled as such, even through in those cases it was patently false. It was just a throng who chanted louder than he could refute them, thus of course he went to talk to others who would hold a civil conversation with him, even if those people were similarily accused of racism/xenophobia. \
Out of curiosity, what specifically did you watch about Jontron being racist? I'm not exactly fully informed of the whole fiasco.

I just took things from multiple different sources and inferred sone things. But him saying he wants to keep america white and immigrants shouldnt be let in because they will ruin that is racist

Well, I wouldn't say that they agree he is racist, just that they understand folks have differing opinions. I listen to other youtubers and whatnot and they lean in other political directions that I don't agree with, but they put out the content I come to watch for and don't let their politics get in the way.

Jon is a bit of an ads, but I wouldn't say he's a bad guy. I don't like how he says racist comments, but I still think he's a funny guy

And his fans have openly said things like "so what if hes racist, hes still funny". Him being an asshole kinda ruins his funny videos for me

Well, I still don't think he's racist, but even if he was, he hasn't let it bleed into his work so far. I wouldn't say any of his video content has any legitimate racism or ill-intent towards any specific race. This isn't the first time he's been the subject of controversy before, so I would wager he's outspoken. And the fans who tolerate his supposed racism might not be tolerating the probablilty of him being racist, just toleratin that he has the stigma floating over his head.

Purportedly the reason he takes long breaks is because of how long his prodution takes. This is one such break. He has a tweet saying he's not dead, he's working on stuff, and it's taking longer than expected. He's taken breaks off of regular uploads before to work on his next bit of content.
