So it snowed today and like any sane human being a played in it. Now my arm aches. Any correlation? And even if there is none, any suggestions on how to make it hurt less?

Ibuprofen is good for sore muscles and it's over the counter. Advil works just as well

If you were throwing snowballs thatll do it. Take fell_equinoxes advice and itll hurt for a day or two but youll be better
