On piano: G clef right hand:
>B (low of middle C) and high D together
>G key up from the B
>BD, then G (8th notes, hold for 1/2 beat)
>BD (hold for 2 counts)
>then BD followed by G as 1/8ths.
>BD, F (low of G) for 1/2 beat
>BD hold 2 beats
>BD then F hold for half beat
Now add the left hand
As you repeat BD, G, BD, BD, G:
>Low G and hold
Until you move to BD, F, BD,BD,F
>now move to low B and hold.
>repeat.
Add these notes after 2nd measure:
Now with left hand:
>C
Right hand: B and E- repeating the note pattern BE G, BE, BE G while holding low C.
>press and gold middle C with left hand, play high C, and high E. play CE twice holding one beat each time
>CE half beat
>B A B 1/2 beat and repeat.
Those are the four measures. If you're on another instrument you'll have to figure it out or get someone else to answer. Best of luck and have fun.

Sheet music is (bottom to top)
Lines: EGBDF
blanks: FACE
anything above or below the group of lines you have to see if it falls on a line space or a blank space, count the places with the first above starting again at E and F and going forward, the first below starting at F or E and going backwards. The funny little fancy symbol is treble/bass clef and the fraction is the speed in beats (1/4 note etc.) there's more and there's notes younplay lighter, hold, etc. but if you just play by ear you'll know of those sound weird. As long as you get the notes right you can figure the rest out mostly.
