exactly but why do people always say that men shouldn't hit women and never women shouldn't hit men. Maybe men sometimes have a reason.

Because some women want to take advantage of the social situations such as that because they are terrible people. Men who hit women are also terrible people.

Frozen_chick, I think that started because women have been seen as more fragile and gentle, so hitting them would just seem inhumane

Also because men were expected to protect women.
