They are full post size now and some appear to be products that are not even sold in my country.

I think it is intentional. Princessmonstertru has the right idea, I think they’re meant to look as though they are posts so users are more likely to click them (even if by accident). It’s definitely a ploy for extra revenue.

It’s a violation of Google’s terms to trick people into clicking on their ads. If you think it’s inappropriate you can close the add with the X and then report the site for doing so. Google will contact them to request that they stop.

Ooh, thank you! I've found myself very nearly clicking ads and I'd really love avoiding a terrible virus. Not only are the ads huge and look like memes, but they move up and down at times (on my phone) and when I go to click to the next page, it will drop down very quickly and I click on it my mistake. Extremely frustrating
