I am on day 9 and I believe I have finally started to come out of it. The best relief I got was the cheapest. Equate (Walmart brand) Rapid Release Sinus Congestion and Pain. $30 worth of Mucinex and Zicam did nothing.

I've had something like that a few times. If you can find one and can afford it go to an emergency clinic (not a hospital), and just have them stab you in the ass for an immediate dose, as you're going to get the 2 week dose in a few days and don't need that needle jab. After a few days take some mucinex just to get any left over junk out. Hot showers also help.

Oh, both shots in the ass are antibiotics. One is immediate, the other is over time (roughly two weeks) and then you'll also probably be given some horse pills as well. Whatever it is, if it's bacterial, it's gonna die unless it has mutated. That's the point of the first ass stab. It's a massive dose that is direct and is meant to wipe out 99% of anything you have... the rest is the clean up crew.
