Newegg has some good tutorials and an online store. I've heard that actually mounting is dead easy.

I built mine. Shopped at a place called Fry's. It all depends on what your purpose will be. Figure out what you want to build it for, research the items youd need, then watch some tutorials. Good luck. Dont go cheap on the CPU or PSU.
