i answered your question, nintendo isnt treated like cdpr because nintendo a shitty company that treats its customers like shit with their business tactics and practices. They also make hella bad decisions actively with some of their games because its cheaper to do it that way rather than being a mistake. An example being the fact that mario maker multiplayer is peer to peer making it useless in many cases

no, ive told you, cdpr made what is widely consider to be an absolute masterpiece. Witcher 2 has similar but less widespread love. Gwent is a pretty well liked card game tho ive not been in the gwent scene for such a long time i cant speak too much about the current day on that. Cdpr also doesnt use super anti-consumer business tactics and is generally a good company to its customers. Witcher 3 had 3 dlc's which were all their own nicely contained story arcs that were as good as many more costly games with longer stories in the case of "blood and wine" and "hearts of stone." Any company that doesnt fall trap to anti consumer tactics is going to be well liked. The only thing anyone could consider bad was the fact you can spend irl money on gwent stuff but thats just how trading card games work.

Alright, that's very good to hear. I still dont understand what makes them so much better that every other company that's good and loyal to their customers, but at least I know the amount of their chillness now

I don't think they were ever like, awful to the consumer, they just kept telling us what we wanted instead of giving us what we wanted. I actually feel like Smash bros. was the biggest sign of change in years, every single character that had ever been in the game, lots of the ones we begged for, every level and song, they went out of their way to please. The few good games on the Wii U have slowly been migrating over (since like four people bought that thing) and even though they started over on Metroid Prime 4, they handed it back to the people who should have been making it in the first place

I feel so bad for the Wii u. I loved mine. Now it's pretty useless though, aside from monster hunter 3 ultimate for me
