Wassup, its ya boi. I primarily play pathfinder but have delved into a couple other tabletops and was curious what other people play.

Started with 2nd Edition since that was my Dad's D&D experience and his dad found his old books and sent em over to him, so my brothers, sister and a friend got to play some wacky shenanigans until he couldn't find the time to run it anymore. Branched into Stars Without Number, but my friend who ran it burned out and everyone was fine with not having to play a sci-fi tabletop for a while. Picked up some Pathfinder books, and those have been the staple for...4 years now? Tried my hand at DM'ing for while, but was bad at it so I stopped running games and my friend picked it up. Current game has been running alongside a really bare bones homemade pen and paper I came up with, with no major flaws or issues so far. Nothing to write home about, but I feel more comfortable considering the HUGE catalog of books and stuff Pathfinder 1st edition acquired over it's life span.

I would love to start Pathfinder. It seems really great. And I know Magic the Gathering isn't exactly a table top game but I really want to get into that too
I myself just play D&D 5th edition

I haven't played many but there's so many awesome ones out there, wish they weren't so expensive. I really want to play this one called "Dead of Winter", it's a roleplaying apocalypse game.

Well that was after all of that, and I wanted to mention the stuff I started off on. Also dipped my toes into 3.5 with Bethorien and a couple of others after I was sure I thought I had an inkling of what it was to not be a rookie.

Whenever I can I play Dnd 5th edition, but I have also played Golden sky, which honestly is very refreshing.
Golden sky Stories is a TTG that is so wholesome and cute it can't help but make you feel super fuzzy and warm inside. Also, since you can't kill things in this world you HAVE to play clever. If you can find a game Golden Sky is worth a try!

Sorry I have memory issues and forgot I made this thread lol. D&D 5th tends to be the easiest system to learn on but limits how much flavor and freedom you can build with. Pathfinder however, is quite a bit harder to learn without someone well versed in the system, and while the amount of material may seem overwhelming theres so much to use for building unique characters, parties, encounters, dungeons etc. I recommend if you try getting into Pathfinder you have a knowledgeable DM, as its harder to jump in and play than D&D 5th. I love introducing new people to the game myself.
