So- I was reading my Cracked book yesterday and found out something very interesting: Before the concepts of colours were invented, people thought they were shades of another colour because they didn’t know about that yet, meaning you only perceive things as things you know about as you don’t know the other things yet.

It always puzzled me.
I see the grass is green and everyone sees the grass is green but do they see the same color as me really or is that color set color know as green.
If that makes sense lol
Like what looks green to me might actually be purple but due to being taught that this is green than I know that particular shade to be green.
It just always made me think.
Because what it boils down to we can’t tell what the other person sees we can only go off what we see.
