Today I learnt that if you have type 2 diabetes (like me) it’s very important to not miss a meal- I was skipping then to keep my sugar levels down but learnt that that is dangerous! Good to know :)

Eat extremely healthy and small portions every 2 hour and you will feel good all day.

My dad has diabetes (Can't remember what type) but does your stomach ache too when you eat fruits like mangos, bananas, and watermelons?
