Wow. That's just...superb. That really created a long and thoughtful discussion. Thank you for your time.

Yes. Wanted a new graphics card saved money for months and finally ordered it, but canelled it like 4 days later because I couldn’t stop feeling guilty every damn second.
xlaxxine · 2 years ago
Wait ... idk why I mentioned this story as if its the only time this has ever happened.
adam44 · 2 years ago
Lol We'll pretend it's the only time. How's that?
Why'd you feel guilty? I'm nervous as hell about my purchase.
catfluff · 2 years ago
What did you purchase?
xlaxxine · 2 years ago
Probably a gun.
.
I felt guilty because it felt like a “not worth it” purchase when compared to the months of saving money.

Lol Xlaxxine you're so very close. I bought a fairly expensive scope. A Vortex Spitfire Prism scope. It's really nice and I'm anxious about if it was a good idea. Thanks for asking catfluff.
You never got to try it to see if it was worth it then?
xlaxxine · 2 years ago
Feeling a little guilty is normal. In my case I thank the forces that lead me to cancel the order because later on I got so busy with school that I had to keep my pc packed for a year or so to make some desk space. The graphics card would’ve been a waste.
.
I’m not saying you should cancel it. I checked it out, its beautiful. Just make it worth it, kill some people.

I realise if i find myself thinking whether or not I should purchase something, I'll just do it anyway just to get it out of the way.
I did recently buy a plane ticket, only to realise an hour later the borders were still closed, and the new variant is keeping it closed. But I found a loophole, so no regrets in buying it now, just panic at first.

@Xlaxxine That sounds like your gut saved you a couple bucks. I think I'll keep it and use it for sane and reasonable purposes though. Thanks for the hot tip, bud. Lol

:) That will be 3 pics of scope. Thank you.

I almost bought a vintage weapon of war for 1400. I talked myself out of it. If I'm willing to drop over a grand on a rifle, I can certainly pick up something cheaper I want, or at least research and pick out a rifle that's got similar pedigree.
Really, the bigger issue is that I'm going to have to tell the beautiful woman working the gun store's counter that the rifle just ain't for me.

*pretends to not have a well known, and previously documented history of poor purchase decisions*
xlaxxine · 2 years ago
Lmao hows those headphones banging
catfluff · 2 years ago
I don't think @captainjackharknes can hear us

*continues to pretend I don't have a problem*

Is it the headphones that are blocking his ability to hear or the location of his head which is up his butt? Lol
