It's actually not that hard to ask. I'm a quite kid at school but I can still ask the teachers stuff. It's more of the fear of the answer you'll get or the thought of pepole making fun of you for asking that makes it hard to ask.

Report him right away. Statistically, I mean gym teachers are really frickin pedophilic. Talk to your school counselor. They will know how to handle it AND know right away if it is for a school video somehow. Even if it is, not okay without permission.
