I try to hoover often to keep the pollen away, especially in my bedroom.

Close any open windows or doors 1 hour prior to dusk. That's when it's the worst for pollen. If you're taking a 24hr pill like zyrtec move the time you're taking it to a couple hours prior to sleeping. It's okay to, occasionally, overlap a dose if you're intending to switch times. Some people find moving air helpful and others need to shut off all moving air while they sleep you'll have to test to see which you are. Lock pets out of your room, especially if they go outside. Change or clean your a/c filters regularly.

Use a dust cover for pillows and wash the covers daily or bi weekly, sheets weekly. Vacuum then dust not the other way around.
