When I was a kid I accidentally closed the door of our truck on our dogs tail and in the panic of her yelping and my mom and brother yelling at me to open the door I started to roll down the window instead....

I was almost late to my wedding march because I got distracted and ended up having to run to the door to get there in time to walk in.

One time in church we were playing a maze game where one person would be blindfolded and another person would tell them where to turn in the maze. I ended up being the person to say the instructions and I kept telling the person to turn 'that way' instead of saying turn left or turn right. I felt so stupid the whole time.

I went to McDonalds with my friends for my birthday and we sat at one of the high tables,we ordered food and I was bringing the tray with our food over to the table but I misjudged and hit the tray of the table and knocked everything of the tray and coke went everywhere,everyone in the restaurant was looking at me so I just stood there and covered my face wile the staff mopped it up
