It's okay if you don't wanna talk, but I'll give you some tips that helps me through tough times, watch good old disney/pixar movies like peter pan, toy story, etc.., it takes me back to the good old days, do what makes you happy and takes you away from your reality...and don't think too much about what's happening...take care of yourself :)
