It means "All the poor and powerless."

I love quote tattoos on inner forearms; I think they really fit there, but it's your decision, so you should probably really think about it. But I think it's nice in that area, because if you hold out your arm, you can read it whenever you want.

That's one of my top choices actually. And yeah, I was just curious to see if anyone had any other placements that I hadn't considered.

Oh I definitely will. And I was thinking on my thigh, the inner part of my upper arm, or forearm, and the very top part of my shoulder. (The part that's about an inch above your collarbone.)

I like the idea of the upper arm and top part of the shoulder! Do you have a job that could be affected if you have a tattoo (you know, how some people don't like their employees to have tattoos showing)? You should consider this before you decide the location. On the thigh doesn't seem like a bad idea, but I'm leaning more towards the arm.

Oh i know, i already have two tattoos. Both of which are visible only if i want them to be, as will be with all my tats. I loke the arm as well, thank you!
