Ciri from Witcher 3 and Hayate Gekko from Naruto have a sort of maybe similar-ish facial profile. The eye shadow on the lower eye making them look sleep deprived, that "idgaf" expression.
But Ciri's face looks much more like another manga character that I can't put a name to. Someone help me out, who else has that "didn't get enough sleep" combined with the "idgaf" and "I'll fuck you up if you look at me wrong" look?

Well I mean Hayate looks idgaf cause it's hard to when you get ripped to shreds by a wind sword

That also works but the character I'm vaguely seeing has longer hair and a more defined nose.
