Lip piercings aren't too bad pain wise, I personally think my nose hurt more. They heal really quickly too. Just make sure you keep it clean (the piercer will recommend a product or salt water etc. to clean it)

All I can say is that nipple piercings are kinda hot but I wouldn't get them. I'm a dude though so
