I think you're supposed to put it on the bite

Go to walmart or any drug store or grocery store and get something called a skeeter stick or after bite. And dab it on the bite mark and it'll make the itch go away. In the meantime take your fingernail and press an X or cross into the bite. It'll help dull the itch.

What I do is poke the mosquito bite with a needle and squeeze out the mosquito-liquid (saliva; whatevs the fuck it is). It's clear looking if you think to do this.

Did that actually work?

I just scratch them until the bite is open and then put benadryl cream on them. It stings at first, but you won't be itchy anymore

Either do what pinktrex said or put an IceCube on it, it will really help with the stinging after a while.
