So there's a guy I've had feelings for quite a while now. It's been about 6 months since we've really had any type of contact. Mostly just an occasional text here and there. We're both in college and we're both going to be in town for the next month and he's finally single and has made it clear on social media that he's open to seeing someone new. I want to start talking to him again, but I find it hard to find a reason to text him to try to start a conversation. I just don't want to pop randomly out of nowhere. We were good friends during our senior year in high school and have lots in common, I just don't know how to try to bring that friendship back.

This is why I love crf. Seriously though, just text the guy and say hi, you were friends before so you don't need an excuse. Just do it or you'll never find out what could be.

I don't think they would work very well because he knows I don't care for drinking alcohol and I was always in higher math classes than him in high school.
But I appreciate the help anyways. At this point I'm kind of just hoping we bump into each other in a public place and maybe that will lead to something.

Just tell him the whole truth from the start. If everyone told the whole truth all the time, our world would be so much better.
