Okay hey. im bi- Okay so I was texting my other friend and she had one my friends over at her house. I was texting friend one and told her that I liked friend two. I didn't know friend two was readin the messages and I didn't want her to know cause things would get awkward. Friend two is already dating someone and I just UGH!

Well... its kind of hard to get out of this problem, but maybe you can say that you misspelled her name, or that friend 1 dared you to text her that before as she knew that friend 2 would see it
