Nobody there likes the Jews because politics happened sometime after WWII and created Israel which means countries had to give up some land to actually MAKE Israel and they don't like that so besides the tradition of hating Israel because of ancient things that happened in Biblical times, they hate Israel because someone took our land and gave it to them.
