Alright, I'm really nervous about my Orchestra class. I forgot to bring my instrument home over Christmas break, and as soon as I got home I asked my mother to drive me back to get it but she refused, so now I've been without my instrument all break, and thus unable to practice. I'm worried my Orchestra teacher (who always picks on me) will humiliate me about it in front of the whole class. Any advice?

if you really feel like your orchestra teacher is going full J.K. Simmons on your ass, report them to whichever authority in your sch

(also J.K. Simmons is a Whiplash reference, basically it means that they're going what feels like too far)
