Not just you

I think we look at them more extreme. If a guest says something stupid, it's "oh, those stupid guests again". If a guest says something really clever, it's "this is why guests should be allowed to comment". For example...
"I want a story written from the perspective of the bad guy"
[stuff]
[suggestions]
[fluff]
[jokes]

I think if a guest writes something funny I find it more funny than normal, it gives me faith in their funny little race
