The way i see it, if they are dating anyone else you shouldn't date them. Because even if you'd be okay with them cheating on you (which i don't know if, or why anyone is okay with) it still might not be the same case for the other person their dating. I'd also be wary if they drop the person their currently dating just to go out with you, they just might do the same to you.
