Fat people are asscociated with feminism, if that isn't enough to get you going to make sure you get in shape, IDK what will.

Some people know they will get knocked down and lament that it happens. A stark few know that when they fall, they always get back up.

At least be hot and sexy once in your life before you die.

You'll never get in shape you can't do it. If you could you wouldn't be on here asking you'd be doing it...

Uh the best Ive got is, although you wont be happy exercising right away, if you keep at it you will be eventually. Then, you'll wonder why you hadn't started sooner.

Gotta love slamdunkeys though.

Aeacus, I am in shape. I'm 6'1" and 137 pounds of lean muscle with >4% body fat. The military recruiter had to change my height so that my weight would qualify. I was a wrestler for 8 years and work out every day training for the navy. This is for other people who might need it. So yeah, you can fuck off.

You're a fucking idiot... some people need negative motivation aND that's what the fuck I was providing. You didn't say shit to slamdunkey... also 137 lbs and your 6'1"?? You must have no fucking muscle whatsoever. I'm 5'7" 162 all muscle....

I have no clue why you singled me out when others tried negative motivation too you dick
aeacus · 8 years ago
Yea and that makes SOME people do it because someone tells them they cant.
aeacus · 8 years ago
And also how was I to know it wasn't for you? You never specified that...

Invictus by William Ernest Henley.
Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.
Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds and shall find me unafraid.
It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate,
I am the captain of my soul.
