Dont download it. Go to your apps list and force stop the browser and download 360 security, its a battery saver and a virus protector and do a full virus scan youll most likely find one and do what it says to get rid of it

Clear your browser history. I also got this, apparently the FBI, CIA, NSA, and the Secret Service were after me for child porn, bestiality, BDSM, "sexual acts involving the anus", and a few other bullshits (they claimed all of this was illegal lol). It also wouldn't let me close out of my tab. Clearing all browser cache, history, and saved data and whatnot cleaned that right up.

It's not a "virus" as much as it is a "cookie thing" I think.

And as an update, my phone and I are sill alive and fine
I just cleaned the whole history and cookie and restarted it 3 times
Now it's perfectly fine
