Drink a lot of water, like a water bottle an hour orpee hour and a half. But use a reusable water bottle of course. Buy a lot of fruit and good healthy things, dont even buy things that you plan to ear in moderation, to keep away the temptations. Eat enough fold every day, sleep well, and drink very well. Just the water thing will help a lot, drinking water does a loootttt of good for the body.

Oh and drink less soda and less snack food those are my weaknesses.

lessen your meal portions (not less than half of the usual serving) but eat at least 5 to 6 times a day. it's gonna help with your metabolism. Drink lots of water and do some sports. Or jog.

Yes! I've recently lost 20 pounds, and am still working on it... Download plant nanny and get a water bottle that's easy to keep with you at all times. Put your weight in on plant nanny, and it'll tell you how much water you need to stay healthy. When you drink water, water your plant. Drinking will help curb hunger. And if you don't like water, add a TBS of lemon per 8 oz. Also,don't make too many life style changes at once. It'll dampen your commitment. But stop eating fast food, drop the coffee flavored sugared milk if you drink it, and try to lay off pop and juices. Those are generally what helps a lot of people. Also get a buddy. Work out with them and hold each other to a weight loss commitment.
