Cut it yourself (but not as drastically) and she won't have much option. How old are you that she is so controlling of your head?

Because it's my own hair, and I want to cut it. So I don't know why you're being so salty all of a sudden.

1) I'm not being salty 2) i agree that it's your hair, and don't know why your mother is against it. 3) I'm just curious why you're willing to not wait a few months, and disobey a parent, just to cut your hair

I'm not disobeying my parents at all. Did I ever say I was going to get it cut myself without my parents permission? No, I didn't. It's just something I've wanted a couple of years now so I just thought I'd ask for tips on here.

Just exercise a bit of patience. if you've waited a number of years, a couple of months isn't going to do you in.
