I dropped my phone (iPhone 4s, charged about 50%) from about 30/40 cm onto a wooden floor, and the screen turned black. I assumed it turned off, but no matter what button I press, it doesn't turn back on. The screen stays black. However, when I put the charger in to it, (it's on silent) it vibrated two times, stopped for about 4 seconds, vibrated two times, stopped for 4 seconds. It keeps on vibrating until I take out the charger. Do any of you guys know what I can do about this? Any apple store or help desk is closed right now (as well as the helpline) and I don't know what to do...

idk but my iPhone 6s completely turned off the other day & I was quite panicky Bc it wasn't turning back on. however I could here it vibrate & I could use Siri. so what I did was hold down the home & power button at the same time until the apple logo came back on... that should work... sorry if that doesn't help, just idk

I have no clue, you might be better off asking on a troubleshooting site or googling the problem. If it's able vibrate and the like, it should be in a fixable condition.

I think that's getting to be an issue with the iPhone 6 taz. My sisters phone did that and that was the only thing that fixed it.
