I've lost about 20 pounds doing some simple lifestyle things. I'm actually adding cardio to my weekly routine next monday

You should try Zumba! It's a fun cardio invoking dancing and some salsa moves as well, if you like dancing it's a lot of fun and great exercise.

I used to be big. My friend helped me getting in shape like we would have a deck of cards and draw a card and that would be how many push ups or sit ups we would do

Im only about 20 lbs overweight. I dont look bad but i know i could look and feel better. Im 180 and want to get down to 160 . Guys the freshman 15 is a real thing.

Drink plenty of water, sweat a lot, eat light. You'll lose 10-20lbs in a few weeks. Remember to stretch after a light warm up so you don't pull a muscle and thwart your weight loss plans. Hardest thing about losing weight is getting started.

Yeah my biggest weaknesses are root beer and anything potatoes. I wana kick this in the butt now before my metabolism really takes a hit and i lose control

Counting calories is important, but the real thing to look for is sugar and fat. Educate yourself on what people your age and stuff need. and always stick with the actual portion size.

So like. I'm only 16. I'm a chubby guy, I can't run/jog in fears I'll be kidnapped or other shit.(going through some shit, long story short people do not like my family) The gym is always filled with cunts who ask me why I'm so young yet so unhealthy, even the employees. So whatdoIdo. I eat a lot too. I try not to but my fuckin nerves man.

The best advice i can give is learn to let go what others think. And at your age simply cut out the junk food and excess soda. Calories in calories out. If you just do an hour of something active. You will see results and feel better about yourself.

I haven't "lost weight" but I have turned empty mass into muscle by just walking around college.

Same ive gained muscle and extra weight by a combination of walking around campus and the really bad for you food i have to get because its fast and i can eat it quickly to fit my busy schedule.

Honestly, check out Pinterest. You can make a workout/fitness board, and post healthy recipes, find and print and save good workouts, and even find ways to get your kids involved early on the whole health thing.

Pinterest is a website that pulls resources of the net. It's popularity based in my experience, and it's handy to store links that you find, because you can post a picture of it that will alert you to which link you are about to click on. You can also "pin" from anywhere on the internet mostly. If you Google search for instance. You by no means have to check it out. Just it's what I use to keep my health regimine organized and handy. My husband hates it though, because he doesn't know how to use it. So it's not for everyone for sure
