Once you start lifting weight your appetite will increase and you'll feel hungry more easily. If you don't like eating so much you can go for high calorie food e.g. meat and dairy. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of olive oil or fish oil in one of your meal. Or just drink it like me XD. And remember to have a high protein diet. Stay consistent and you'll gain at least 1 pound a month. In a year you'll look great.

I drink 1 litre milk everyday, im going crazy with nuts , oats and potatoes.
I'm hard, but i am experiencing gain.

I don't like drinking water either and my mum forces me to drink 1 or 1.5 litres everyday! Water is actually very important. If you are working out,sweating and you don't replace the water you lost, you'll end up dehydrated and you will feel dizzy. Now the trick is you could switch water for fruits like grapes,strawberries or oranges. I know it's hard but I would definitely suggest you increase your water intake. Hope it could help you ^^

Yess she's actually right. But 1.5 litres a day is still less.
I actually drink up 600 ml everytime i get my hands on bottle.
Water is helping me alot.

I had the same problem, weight lifting helps gain some mass (squats with a barbell for more thighs etc) in muscle, to avoid loosing even more weight in fat i wouldn't recomend arobic woorkouts like running
