Anybody have a killer ab workout they use? I'm lean as hell (less than 3% body fat) and have a six pack, but I really want them to be more defined and toned.

Jump into a pool with some waist weights on and then inhale deeply. Works like a charm.

Get a therapy ball, have someone hold your feet, put your thighs on the ball and bend over. Come up fast and twist, then go back down slowly. I had the same problem and it worked for me
