She doesn't obsess over her insults. If you watched the RNC today, everyone called her a liar and said terrible things to her. If that was Trump, he would'v blown a gasket.

He would have completely flipped out. This is why he can't handle being president. Putin brought dogs to a meeting just to scare Angela Merkel. Wonder how he will mess up trump? Trump needs to be able to handle criticism or he is just playing into the hands of others.

Not only that but Trump is a complete basket case. People are calling Clinton a liar but trump posed as his own publicist to brag about how awesome he is to a reporter. He also lied about his campaigne funding when he first started running and condemned others for doing the same thing he's started doing now. If you don't want a liar in office, then why are you voting for Trump?

Bad wolf is, again, right. People seem to gloss over Trump's lies and highlight Clinton's.

Unfortunately, the general public actually believes them. If America appears weak, they must find a reason to blame someone else for causing the problem. What they don't realize is that they are the problem.

Not that I want to change everyone's opinions, but President Obama has gotten so much shit over his 8 years as president, and yet he's as suave and cool about it as JFK or Ronnie Reagan.

I agree, I'd rather have someone who is constantly getting shit and stays calm about it than someone who would freak out about the tiniest insult and doesnt allow anyone to say one bad word about them

When we have someone like trump in the same position as Harry Truman (who dropped the atomic bomb in 1945), we are not in a good position.

My roots in this country aren't deep, since I'm only a third gen, but I do want to fight for what I believe in and I believe that trump would be an awful president and would ruin our relations with alot of other countries. We don't need to isolate ourselves from the rest of the world, we need to work with the world. I don't want a president who could potentially isolate us

It is true. People hate America, and though I wish they didn't, if trump becomes president they will hate us even more. You might say, "who cares about the haters"? But we do not want to make enemies. Even if we are strong, the rest of the world versus us is not a good thing. Trump would fail if put in the same position as Harry Truman. He would drop the bomb and start a nuclear war, just to satisfy his own pride.

Maybe it's you. Maybe it's me. Or some combination of the two. That last option was the most likely.

I don't think it's that any of us are beyond reason, it's just that we both feel strongly about our views and what's best for our country that we need something strong to change that, but what we are seeing from the RNC isn't helping anything. Even most Republicans refuse to back trump and attend the conference. That's got to say something to you.

The crooked people in Washington D.C. are afraid to support a crooked person looking to move into Washington D.C. This should say something about your politics, @famousone.

I would sadly choose Trump over Hilary, I think at least Trump has been honest. I can't stand the thought of Hilary being my president, and it scares me to imagine what she would do behind our back.
I love reading everyone's responses to this question, btw.

Honestly I'm more scared about what the majority of trumps supporters would do than what he would do in office, though gay marriage, women's rights, and international relations would probably suffer
