Just hatched my first egg it was drowzee

Needmorec4: You don't need stardust to evolve, just candy. Usually people get around sixty weedle/ other common Pokemon candy and so they evolve a few just for exp. Save your stardust and leveling up for already higher Pokemon or ones with rare and good moves.

It does of you go super slow. Up to a certain speed it doesn't count (not sure what that speed is though)

5k idk if it has to do with the incubator or the pokemon in the egg that determines the distance to hatch I have one incubating that's 2k

I've driven about 30 mph but idk because I didn't go far anyway

The eggs have a set km regardless of the incubators. I saw a chart about what Pokemon hatch from which eggs. It's based on distance, though some do overlap.

Basically The further the distance the better the pokemon the exception maybe being if you want starter pokemon. Those are in the 2km eggs

So. I hatched a 5 km egg on my evening walk. It was a Drowzee. :)

I hatched a 10k egg the other day and got a Lapras :D

I've gotten three 10 km since I started. The rest are five. I don't even get 2 kms and they're the ones that contain starters

Where do you get eggs? I have only just started playing and its hard for me to go too far during the day because of the heat. It literally overheated my phone to the point I couldn't touch it.
