Oh boy. If your parents are nurturing, ask if you can keep them temporarily. If that thing outside is really bad, just take them and go. Paint it as an emergency when you tell your parents.

My parents are not very nurturing to animals. They can try, but they are extremely strict on not having any more pets

Ask if you can take on the nurturing responsibility until they are old enough to be out on their own. In the meantime ask friends if they want two new kittens. Try and find them a new home. If nothing else, they can become neighborhood cats if you can't keep them. But maybe after more exposure your parents would come around

I'd negotiate with them to let you keep them until they're old enough to sell..I know that sounds harsh but it's better than just letting them go running around once they can semi fend for themselves or worse...

I'd do as kayt said too..ask around! You never know!

Keep them in your room anyway, I'm sure your parents would understand that if there's something lurking around outside it's better to keep them safe...They can't be so heartless as to let two sweet kittens get eaten or hurt by some night beasty!
