I learned my English in Lebanon, and they taught it with the u's there, so that is probably why... But I have lived in America for 7 years so that should have been counter-acted.

Do they mark it as a mistake when you write the words with 'u'?
We were taught both in school (which was very confusing) but it's cool for me, so I can just decide which one to pick. And I prefer the british versions as well.

The real spelling issue here is with 'grey' and 'gray'
