There's supposed to be an auto-detection system where if your picture looks too similar to a previously-posted one, you have to promise it's not a repost.

@banana Yes. That's how we know when someone reposts intentionally.

Except it doesn't appear all the time. It's happened to me and now it's happened to this user.

It'll register in our logs if the user was shown the message. If you didn't see the message we would just say "repost" instead of "deliberate respost..."
