Well, I talked to my mother for the first time in 5 years and it was just a big f*cking mistake (it destroyed me even more ahah)

Obviously I don't know the details, but if you did that after 5 years you're pretty brave so good on you for trying. It might have been worse if you left it longer
I will later but I have trouble sleeping so it takes me awhile but eventually I do sleep, I've just been busy recently
