(Why is he still here?) Anyway, I highly doubt that EVERYONE hates you, if you have a specific person in mind then get to know them then, like Folk said ask for consent. If you just want to make out with a random, maybe go to a party where you don't know many people, find someone who doesn't mind making out with strangers and go for it
