It's not about the resolution, it's about the article width. Which means you need to use a mobile friendly screen resolution before taking a screenshot. So if you're using desktop: 1) resize the browser window so it's smaller 2) increase font size (ctr + plus or ctr + zoom)

There's a maximum width for the uploaded image. Even if he uploads in 4K it'll still be downsized and the text will become smaller. 4chan has very small text so any kind of resizing is going to make it very much less legible.
