I think misandry is a big problem in the feminism movement. Just about everybody believes in gender equality but so many misandrists have implanted themselves in important positions of the feminist movement. Its getting to the point that its hard to even want to use the label feminist. All movements attract people who are just in it for the hate, unfortunately the feminists haven't successfully policed their movement for those people.

Not really. If it was a random citizen then yes, but as an officer of the law your responsibility to act appropriately is far higher. Because of that any punishment should be far higher.
