My friend has Crohn’s Disease. It’s a very rough process to deal with, and it is VERY expensive. She’s lucky that her parents are just barely able to help her pay for treatment. I can’t imagine what it’s like for all those other minors like her who can’t say the same.

Imagine working two jobs and an unpaid internship and dying from a minor illness because you couldn’t afford to go to the fucking doctor.
