Okay so like I just did a bit of research. First off, that's not Satoshi Tajiri, that's Dai Satō, who has no connection with the Pokemon franchise. Moreover, this quote originates from here: https://www.facebook.com/tajirisan/posts/10151169915960598 , which is a fake, unverified account under Satoshi's name. So yeah, this is fake, even though the idea maybe true.
