Why trying to "explain" something like that to anyone who doesn't like it in the first place? Then: If you could explain the beauty of a song in words, it would propably be an essay, not a song.

I think what op and commentors actually don't get is the amount of anger and hopelessness for blacks at least in certain areas of the usa. Does it make sense, will it change to a better? Surely not. And stil... I get it....
