No and NO, read the definition of racisim. You can be racist even if your saying something that seems positive like " all Chinese are good at math". That may seem like a compliment but its racisim. Maybe go do some research into racisim, im sure its not funny for most people to have to fight prejudice, no matter how trivial the prejudice seems, everyday.

my mother is a compulsive overeater, she has a lot of metal health issues which impact on her weight gain. She has tried so hard to loose it but food happens to be her drug and also its necessary to live off so she finds it hard to regulate. In saying that she is the first person to admit she has an issue, she's unhealthy and a lot of her health problems stem from her weight issue. We shouldn't attack overweight people, you dont know whats behind their weight gain BUT to have an obese person say that being grossly overweight could be ok in anyway for your health is serious denial. It may not affect you today but it will catch up with you as you age, also another facet of this is the drain our obesity crisis is putting on our healthcare system. In the end obesity needs to be treated with care and consideration but it also needs to be seen as something that dosent just affect the person with the weight issue.

why are people up voting this, im glad your in recovery but the fact you had a thinsperation book to help you not eat should not be a good thing. Good luck with getting better, its hard but your worth it.

People who are gay are not just dealing with homophobic slurs. They have to face challenges everyday. If they come out their family and friends can disown them, if they go into the wrong bar or wrong street or wrong part of town they can get beaten up or murdered! thats in a 'free country' what about being gay in India or the Middle east or Indonesia of Africa! its Illegal to be Homosexual and is punishable by death. So you tell me, what the difference between the army and these brave men and women who are walking into a hostile territory fighting for their rights? I do understand that the service men and women put their life on the line for us BUT dont tell me that gay rights is just as simple as not being called a faggot. I have 3 gay friends who now have to live without a family, who have had friends killed and who live in fear of losing everything just because they want to love.......

I'm pretty sure I'm gonna get down voted for this but.....this is racist, just because she has white skin docent mean she can't hold a beat or dance well to music. the colour of your skin and your race does not determine your musical ability....... sorry but I'm a white woman, I love love to dance and can sing pretty dam well, I've been playing drums since i was a kid but i still get lumped in with "oh your a white girl you don't know how to groove".

Why does one cancel the other, I think its great that this man, who had the courage to come out in a highly homophobic arena, was applauded for bravery and I also think its terrible that the government is not respecting service men and women. This doesn't mean that we should stop one and start the other, its means we should work towards a country that honours all forms of bravery, both of these men are fighting a war, both should be respected for that.

Seriously? You guys are princesses. I have a small veggie garden in my suburban house and its looks great. its low maintenance and the harvest is fantastic. I can go out and pick fresh veggies and herbs anytime. It costs next to nothing and its great for the environment. In the end the cost of setup is negligible, you actually save money in the long run. And about the look, well if your idea of a nice garden is a plain lawn I'm sorry to say I think your pretty boring, tonnes of herbs and vegetables can also be ornamental its just how you lay them out, maybe use your imagination........
