I stalk Ben Affleck so much that when we got a timeline in history I started spontaneously laughing and crying hysterically because I memorised his birthday and saw that it was the day American troops withdrew from Vietnam. I totally understand what you mean.

I know it seems bad but in the situation, I kind of admire his actions. In the moment, his initial reaction was to get his girlfriend out of the way and put himself in harms way. Of course a bad result in this case, but in real danger that's an honourable thing.

I think One Direction have gotten better with age and as they've started pulling away from the teen-heart-throb perfect boys thing. It looks like they're going for a Mumford and Sons look in physical appearance, and their music is getting less pop. While I've never been a fan of the Beatles, I will admit they deserved their fame, but I think One Direction are either equal or have overtaken. It's the more rabid fans that make them look bad.
