Sure but if an 18 year old chooses to date a 14 year old it means they like each other meaning one is either more mature or less mature than they should be, if one viewed the other as an immature child they wouldn't want to date unless it IS a pedophilia thing on the part of the older one in which case no that would be wrong. But I agreed with you on all that....I was talking mentality not legality, and preferably dating not sex. Lots of things are legal that people think are wrong and lots of things are illegal that people don't think are wrong, I'm just saying the psychology of an 18 year old and 14 year old aren't different enough to automatically be the same as pedophilia.

They're both kids, at 18 you don't magically turn into an adult, especially not when you're still in high school; that said they shouldn't have sex cause that's damn young and yes illegal, but if they both actually like each other and want to date, so what? As long as the 18 year old isn't trying to manipulate the younger one's emotions or just fuck her.
But let's face it...a lot of 14 year-olds are gonna have sex anyways, whether with someone old or someone their age, and that I don't agree with, they should wait.
