I recommend a video by tomska. I don't remember the name but it was something along the lines of "it doesn't get better". I found it somewhat motivating.

Everytime I see 'oh damn' I think of the "drunk advice with Jack Howard" video from Hannah Witton. "oh oh damn. To do lists." just thought I'd leave that here.
